Healthy Sweet Treat

Chocolate Chip Energy No-Bake Balls

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled Oats
  • 1/3 cup Honey, or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup ground Flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Put all the ingredients in a Pyrex. Mix with a spatula. Scoop the dough with cookie scoop (it helps to keep them about the same size) and roll them into balls. If the dough feels to dry, you can add more honey. If it’s too sticky, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Place the balls on a plate and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up, then enjoy!
  • To store: You can store these either in the fridge up to 2 weeks. Make sure to place them in an airtight container. You can also freeze them! Just make sure to separate the balls with parchment or wax paper so they don’t stick together.
